In Ca l'Apotecari we produce red wine naturally and carefully elaborated in small amounts. Something close to the 'garagistes' concept. Natural production manners, with a minimal intervention philosphy. Our vines are low yielding clones in a low yielding surrounding that bring out highly concentrated grapes, both in flavours and aromas. We address a quite selective market since our prices are relatively high, although up to now the final customers have repeated their choice, which means that we have a good balance quality/price. For the moment being we offer two different wines: TRIACA in the higher end (with much ageing) and ALCAEST in the younger and fresher notion. Both in very small amounts.
