Coming from a wine producer family 100 years old, the daughter Stefania Pepe want to have her own company producing organic wine from her vineyard organically grown. She decided to not press by feet the white grapes and let them vinify in a stainless steel tank termoconditioned, and the red grapes of Montepulciano will be not desteamed by hand but will be fermented also in a wood cask, then one part aged in bottles and other part aged in barriques.
