Looking out from David Hill Vineyards, the view is breathtaking: acres of historic vineyards sprawl downward, eventually transforming into the vast expanse of the Oregon Coast Range. In the middle of this bucolic scene sits a charming yellow farmhouse that has overseen the development of this region since the early 1880s. David Hill Vineyards & Winery is the creation of Milan and Jean Stoyanov, a couple with a passion for wine and a love for the region. Since purchasing the property in 1992, the Stoyanovs have added 15 acres of grapes to the existing 20 that grow on the farm, and plan on planting 10 more in the immediate future, emphasizing Pinot noir and Pinot gris.
