The Texas Restuarant Association produces two annual trade events, the Southwest Foodservice Expo and the CANTINA Restaurant, Bar & Nightclub Show. The Southwest Foodservice is the third largest food, beverage, equipment show for the foodservice industry with over 1400 booths. The CANTINA show is specifically for the on-premise market and is 90% beverage related with just over 150 booths. Both events include culinary and bartending events, education and networking parties. The 2002 Southwest Foodservice Expo will be held June 23-25, 2002 in Houston and CANTINA 03 will be February 2-3, 2003 in San Antonio.
