Wine Technology Marlborough is dedicated to the design and implementation of control systems exclusively for the wine industry. Based in Zealand with distributors in Australia, South Africa, Chile, Canada and the United States WTM has become well known for its temperature control system, VinWizard. Currently WTM is developing an affordable online fermentation probe that can measure both sugar and Alcohol in the tank as the ferment progresses. This will enable the winemaker to control the ferment temperature automatically based on real time data from the tank. The winemaker can set the parameters of the ferment and then watch it happen.
