Contadi Castaldi was born from a well-defined project created by Martino de Rosa, who during the 90's decided to give life to a new grow in enterprise which would parallel the already numerous and renowned businesses united under the prestigious holding name, Terra Moretti. Its aim is to valorise the vocation of the territory of Franciacorta, to manage viticulture and winemaking with great respect for the natural rhythms and to distribute both nationallly and internationally through the support of prestigious commercial partners. Winemaker is Mario Falcetti, specialised also in viticulture, considered both in Italy and abroad as one of the top expert in territorial zoning, the essential approach for creating great wines. Managing 60 hectares of vineyards, Contadi Castaldi produces 500000 bottles/year of great sparkling wines - Franciacorta docg - and red and white still ones.
