Beaujolais-Villages, Beaujolais Nouveau Beaujolais Rosé and Beaujolais Blanc Wines
The traditional Beaujolais vinification process is followed, where whole bunches of grapes are allowed to ferment in the vats and are not crushed.
The wine is then aged in oak casks in a vaulted cellar, which is two centuries old.
Wine: White, red and rose wines - Appellations : Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages.
Sparkling wines : white and rosé (Méthode Traditionnelle).
