We are Château Cabezac, wine producer in Appellation Minervois. Our policy is to produce premium wines with hand care from the vine to the ageing with small yields (20 to 45 hl/ha), and traditional vinification (close to organic). We are in Europe considered among the top 10 of the Languedoc and have been rewarded with numerous medals, European and US wine revues with high score ratings. Our wines are present on the best dining restaurants, Zagat and Michelin star rated restaurants (in Paris, La Tour d'Argent, Guy Savoy, in London Le Gavroche, Roussillon, in New York Le Cirque, Daniel Boulud...) in the most renowned retailers as for example in New York, PJ Wines, Chelsea Drink... and in the best hotel chains dining restaurants: Four Seasons (Le 5 in Paris), Ritz Carlton, Shangri-la, Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt. Exporting abt 60% of our production. Prices entry of line < 5US$, medium line <10US$, premium wines 10 to 25 US$.
