It has been four years since Andrew Browne, former Corus Brands CEO, founded Precept Wine Brands and sold the first case of wine. Equipped with an enthusiastic group of people and bright ideas, Browne set out to make a difference and revolutionize how wine is developed and sold in North America. Precept has evolved over the years and has created a great model with exceptional people, wine brands and potential.
Currently, Precept Wine Brands is the 3rd largest wine company in Washington State (the largest privately owned) and the 21st largest wine company in the US according to Wine Business Monthly. Based in Seattle, Precept produces a diverse portfolio of wines from some of the world’s leading wine regions including North America (Washington State), South America (Chile), Australia/New Zealand, and Europe. With each bottle of wine that we make, we strive to over-deliver on quality for value and to create wines that reveal the unique characteristics of their region.
