Bodega Don Isidoro was founded in 1788 by Don Isidoro Elias in the district of Pueblo Nuevo located in Ica, Peru. It has since become established as one of the most important producers of Peruvian Pisco.
Don Isidoro''s Pisco is the result of a distillation process using fermented juice from grapes called mosto. Don Isidoro utilizes only the best grapes from the Ica valley.
We produce Pisco Reposado (grape brandy aged 4 years), Pisco Classico, Mistela (Cream of Chocolate), and Mandu''e (fruit flavored soft liquors).
