Small and new winery located in Extremadura,the Southwest of Spain.
Our item is red wine, a very different kind of wine than is used to be made in our Region. We believe that in Extremadura can be made such a good wine as in other zones of Spain or Europe if it is made in a different way; ours is based in manual vintage in box, selection of grapes in tables both in cluster and grain to grain, and exhaustive controls of the process.
Our wine is characterized for being fruity and aromatic, a modern concept of wine which we want to be linked to our brand, and for a light wood flavour, but wide, balanced and easy to be drunk at the same time.
Wine: -wine elaborated with 100% Tempranillo grapes, ageing in new American oak barrels for three months, and at least four months in bottle. Itís out since June 2007, with the label QVINTA ALAVDE COSECHA 2006.
