Our company was founded by my grandfather in 1920 in Bali Island which is well known as the land of a thousand temple .
The main agricultural business of the villages in Bali is rice and coconut. Balinese Rice and coconut has a good standard of quality, therefore we choose these materials for our product of Arak Beras 40%alc and Arak Bali 40% alc.
In 1920 to 1970 the production was very limited and in traditional way, we were using burning coconut shell and wood to heat the small chopper pot still in the distillation process, therefore the production was very limited at that time.
Nowdays, we still keep using our family recipes of yeast and Raw materials composition to get good traditional taste of Bali spirits, as well as we also still using chopper pot stills in distillation process, as we all know that chopper is the best material in distillation.
Since 1920 our product taste of Bali spirits has been well known in Bali and has been exported to Japan since 2000.
