Bodegas Luis Gurpegui Muga is a family owned company that started making wine in 1872. Our winery has facilities in the three areas which Rioja appellation region is divided in: Haro (Rioja Alta); San Adrian (Rioja Baja); and Baños de Ebro (Rioja Alavesa). We also have wineries in Villafranca (Navarra appelation) and Chile (Colchagua Valley). The winery in Haro is the oldest producing wine cellar in Rioja. It is done according to old traditions and by that representing the history of Spanish wine making. We work with more than ten different wine cellars each one of which gives its singularity of climate and soil, obtaining wines with the personality of each limited area. International retail groups trust the quality of our wines by exposing them in their stores.
