Family owned and operated, Charmer Industries sells many of the world's most prestigious brands of wines, spirits, champagnes and cordials to all of the region's licensed stores and on-premise accounts. One of the ways in which we improved service was to heavily invest in our infrastructure. From 1994 to 1998 we made major improvements to our warehouse, routing, and information technology systems. We also implemented bar coding and a temperature-controlled storage system. Today the speed and efficiency with which we sort and deliver goods is state of the art.
