Mission Hill Family Estate Winery Mission Hill Family Estate Winery was founded in 1981 by proprietor Anthony von Mandl. Situated on top of Mt. Boucherie in the picturesque Okanagan Valley, Mission Hill has made British Columbia stand out in the wine community, winning both local and international awards for its wines. The vineyards of Mission Hill are spread throughout Westbank, where the winery is located, and throughout the Okanagan Valley, as differing soil and climate conditions allow for multiple grape varieties. At the winery, climate controlled underground wine cellars have been blasted into the rock face of the mountain to hold aging and fermenting wines. Each area of the winery is carefully climate controlled to maintain the high standards of Mission Hill Family Estate Winery.
