Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Worked in the hospitality industry for years as a wine buyer and owner/manager. Previously represented an Australian Importer within a ten state region of the Midwest, selecting wholesalers, training sales staffs and clients and generally working the market. Currently working to market various brands into the Midwest, primarily; with the intent to also reach Florida, Texas and some additional Eastern states. Products include Italian/Sicilian selections as well as Spanish wines and small Bordeaux properties.
