The fruit comes from our estate vineyards and a few innovative growers who are eager to work intimately with Sam and Wendy in the vineyards. By leveraging growers’ knowledge and seeking partners with harmonious winegrowing philosophies, Spencer Roloson is able to carve pockets of exceptional fruit from already-distinguished vineyards, along the way raising the standards of all involved. Although time and labor-intensive, these investments ensure ongoing access to the highest quality fruit and minimize the adjustments that must be made in the winery.
