We produce only 2,500 cases of wine per year. Individual wine releases may be as small as 70 cases, and our largest productions are only about 500 cases.
Our wines are marketed in premium wine shops and select restaurants in California’s central coast, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Orlando, Raleigh, Washington D.C., Manhattan and New York City. We are proud to be on the wine lists of Emeril’s in Orlando, and Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in New York.
We specialize in Zinfandel and Rhône-style wines. Owner-winemaker Dan Panico produces several individualistic Zin releases each year, from spicy old vine Zin to powerful, smoky styles. Dan’s wines are robust, with distinctive smoke and licorice flavors, and gentle perfumes of oak that do not overwhelm the fruit.
