Bodega UCI is a fine establishment that was founded in 1944 and today holds over 7,000 hectares of fine vineyards meticulously cultivated.
UCI/Castelnoble is the Fine Wine Division created by Bodega UCI to be able to approach the Worldwide Markets with quality, value and innovation.

 
 

Composition of varietals grown: 50% Bobal – 25% Tempranillo – 5% Shiraz – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon – 5% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Viura.

The winery utilizes the highest technologies available with investments exciding 12 million Euros, which enables us to process more than 45 million kilograms of grapes.

 
Our vineyards are located in Tierra de Castilla, province of Cuenca and near the border of Valencia in beautiful Spain. It is a privileged geographical location between the rivers Jucar and Cabriel and this area enjoys a special microclimate influence by the Continent and the Mediterranean with an elevation of 750 meters above sea level. This privileged climate is ideal for the cultivation of grapes.
 

Wine Making: De-stemmed and lightly crushed followed by a short maceration on the skins before devatting. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged 18 months in 225 liters French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with brick edges, Very complex bouquet, ripe black currant leather, coffee and liquorice with toasty vanilla tones.

Wine Making:  De-stemmed and lightly crushed followed by a short maceration on the skins before devatting. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with no oak aging.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby color. Wonderful cherry and raspberry flavors and a long lingering finish.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby color. with sophisticated aromas of black currant, raspberries and toasted vanilla flavors. A wonderful complex an distinctive wine of sensational value.

Made from red wine and extracts of natural fruits. Ruby color with berry flashes. Citric aromas of orange, lemon and tropical fruit. Tasty in the mouth and balance sweetness.
