From the rocky, arid soils of the southern Paarl valley comes this subtle, yet herbaceous, aromatic and tasty wine.

Intense color, pools of dark chocolate. The nose full of ripe fruit, chocolate, figgy undertones with definite rose and violet floral scents. Good spices: Green pepper, bit of cloves, may be a bit of bay leave and cinnamon.
Fascinating. Concentrated fruit. Very balanced, no overpowering flavor, really fills the mouth with balanced sweetness and a good lingering sense of smoothness.
