Hayman Distillers is a UK family company founded in 1820 by James Burrough, the great Grandfather of the current Chairman, Christopher Hayman, who created Beefeater Gin.

Although the Beefeater Gin brand and James Burrough Limited were sold in 1987, the Hayman family retained part of the business and continue the tradition of distilling and producing fine spirits to the same quality guidelines that James Burrough instilled.

There are now four generations of distilling expertise within Hayman Distillers and the family knowledge has been used to develop a full range of entry level spirits as well as a range of niche premium spirit products.

We are also considered one of the leading London Gin specialists in the UK and offer a wide range and styles of London Gin.

We have offices in central London, greater London where our warehouse and production is based and also in Hong Kong. We also part own one of the two remaining gin distilleries in London.

The James Brookes range is an entry-level range of spirits with premium packaging.

Imported from the UK, The James Brookes range is named after a family relative who lived in the 1800s.

CITY OF LONDON GIN

City of London Gin is a small batch, hand-crafted London Distilled Gin, targeting those International markets looking for a classic premium gin with a focus on London - the spiritual home of gin.

Distilled in one of only two remaining distilleries in London, it is blended to a closely guarded recipe including the botanicals Juniper, Coriander and Angelica root, and will be available at 40% and 47% abv in 70cl, 750ml and 1 litre formats.

Hayman's Old Tom Gin is the revival of an old classic style of Gin which will excite both 'Gin Enthusiasts' and the 'Premium Gin Category'.

Hayman's Old Tom Gin is a London Distilled gin, which is very lightly sweetened. The combination of Juniper, orange & lemon peel blended with 7 other secret botanicals create this distinctive gin.

Old Tom style gin was originally popular in the 18th century when they formed the base for a number of classic cocktails such as the Martini and Tom Collins as well as a being served as a shot.
