Rums that helped build the Panama Canal! Grown, distilled and aged in Panama The sugar cane for Sérum rums is grown in the valley of Pesé in the province of Herrera, a region that has ideal climatic conditions for its cultivation. 100% Panamanian Estate-made sugar cane juice is then produced and carefully treated for the rest of the process. It is prepared, fermented and distilled utilizing an advanced stainless steel column system, where fresh rum, or “aguardiente,” is obtained and then used to produce Serum rums. After that begins the long process of aging in oak barrels. Three rums, three tastes… Each variety of Sérum has a singular taste, but all of them are blended to produce an exquisitely smooth, sweet taste and a delightful finish. Three bottles, three stories… Every Sérum story belongs to Panama, but each one has a unique human story behind it. Three methods, three experiences… A different production process is used for each Sérum so as to create an exceptional experience.
