La Cantina di Andria is a cooperative that operates since 1959. Through 50 partners who grow 200 Ha of vineyards on the hills around the Castel del Monte area (Puglia), La Cantina’s mission is to add value to the wines produced from local grape varieties as "Nero di Troia", "Bombino Nero" and "Bombino Bianco". In 2016 we also started a new line of organic wines (red, rosé, white) certified by ICEA. The quality of our wines was for a long time unknown but recently, in 2016, a boost has been given. Our wines were presented at the prestigious oenological contest of Pramaggiore where the MANIERO DOC CASTEL DEL MONTE – ROSSO BIO and the MANIERO DOC CASTEL DEL MONTE – ROSATO obtained the gold medal.
